Ngày 14/01/2011, Văn phòng chính phủ có văn bản số 307/VPCP-KTN về việc điều chỉnh cục bộ quy hoạch chung xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/25.000 đô thị mới Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai. Theo đó, văn phòng chính phủ đồng ý về nguyên tắc điều chỉnh cục bộ quy hoạch chung xây dựng tỷ lệ 1/25.000 đô thị mới Nhơn Trạch như đề nghị của UBND tỉnh Đồng Nai nêu tại văn bản số 10259/TTr-UBND ngày 10/12/2010.
