Kể từ khi Việt Nam gia nhập WTO, chúng ta đã có nhiều cơ hội hơn để mở rộng thị trường tiêu thụ sản phẩm xuất khẩu ra nước ngoài và nhập khẩu hàng hóa vào trong nước. Giao dịch thương mại quốc tế không chỉ mang lại những tác động tích cực đến nền kinh tế mà từng bước giúp Việt Nam thu hẹp khoảng cách với các nước trong khu vực và trên toàn thế giới.
Thông qua việc tìm hiểu thực tế bộ chứng từ giữa Công ty TNHH Zhejiang Ousen Machinery và Công ty TNHH Sveam, chúng em đã hiểu rõ hơn về các bước thực hiện hợp đồng, việc xây dựng các điều khoản sao cho hợp lý nhất, phân tích và đánh giá những ưu điểm và nhược điểm cuả Bộ chứng từ này để hiểu sâu hơn về hợp đồng Giao dịch thương mại quốc tế.
