v/v: Sử dụng chân chữ ký điện tử trong thư điện tử (Email) gửi đi

Để đảm bảo tính đồng nhất trong nhận diện thương hiệu và giảm thiểu dung lượng lưu trữ của email server, Chủ tịch Công ty quyết định:

1. Yêu cầu các cán bộ lãnh đạo và toàn thể nhân viên công ty QLKS Vinpearl và các công ty thành viên tiến hành thay đổi và điều chỉnh chân chữ ký điện tử trong các email gửi đi.
Quy định và hướng dẫn cài đặt chân chữ ký điện tử trong Phụ lục đính kèm theo thông báo này.

2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.
3. Các Công ty/ Phòng/ Bộ phận/ Cơ sở/ Cá nhân liên quan chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện quyết định này.
