Sau khi bổ sung/thay thế mà hàng hoá không đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật theo quy định trong Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng, Phụ lục, Biên bản thương thảo Hợp đồng, Hồ sơ dự thầu và Hồ sơ mời thầu, Bên Mua có quyền từ chối hàng hóa của Bên Bán và huỷ Hợp đồng và/hoặc Đơn hàng.
