(b) NCC phải tự đăng ký tại Hệ thống Quản lý Chất Nguy hiểm LGEVH (HSMS) và trình bất kỳ và toàn bộ thông tin về vật liệu và/hoặc là chất được sử dụng hoặc có chứa trong Hàng hoá bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn bất kỳ báo cáo xét nghiệm nào.

(b) the NCC must register at the Dangerous Substances Management System LGEVH (HSMS), and any and all information about the materials and/or are used or contained in the goods including but not limited to any report of any test.
