Các nhà lãnh đạo yêu cầu các nhân viên cần phải cư xử đúng các chuẩn mực đạo đức của công ty như: mặc đồng phục, không hút thuốc, không xả rác bừa bãi, vv. Nếu phát hiện sai phạm sẽ bị trách phạt, và ngược lại nhân viên hoàn thành tốt các tiêu chuẩn đạo đức sẽ được khen thưởng.
