- Gửi đơn đặt hàng cho bộ phận bán hàng và xuất hàng
- Nhận đơn đặt hàng ,PI và hợp đồng từ bộ phận khách hàng tiến hành làm hoá đơn và đóng gói chuyển qua bộ phận xuất hàng để khai hải quan
- Sau một ngày tàu chạy bộ phận chứng từ gửi hoá đơn , danh sách đóng gói ,hoá đơn vận tải ( nháp ) và những chứng từ khách nếu có cho bộ phận khách hàng
- Sau khi nhận tờ khai hải quan,tiến hành làm chứng từ cần thiết cho khách hàng trong thời gian sớm nhất theo quy định ISSO
- Gửi tất cả chứng từ hàng xuất cho bộ phận khách hàng
