Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng

Trong quá trình thực hiện hợp đồng nếu có bất đồng xảy ra hai bên sẽ bàn bạc và đưa ra hướng giải quyết bằng văn bản. Nếu một trong hai bên không thống nhất sẽ đưa ra Trung tâm trọng tài quốc tế bên cạnh Phòng thương mại và Công nghiệp Việt Nam tại Hà Nội. Phán quyết cuối cùng của Trọng tài bắt buộc hai bên phải thực hiện, bên thua kiện chịu án phí .
