Ngân hàng xem xét và quyết định cho vay khi khách hàng có đủ các điều kiện sau:
– Khách hàng phải có năng lực pháp luật dân sự, năng lực hành vi dân sự và chịu trách nhiệm dân sự theo quy định của pháp luật.
– Mục đích sử dụng vốn vay phải hợp pháp.
– Khách hàng phải có khả năng tài chính đảm bảo trả được nợ trong thời hạn cam kết.
– Có dự án đầu tư, phương án sản xuất kinh doanh, dịch vụ khả thi; phương án đầu tư, phục vụ đời sống khả thi kèm phương án trả nợ khả thi và phù hợp với quy định của pháp luật.
– Thực hiện đầy đủ các quy định về đảm bảo tiền vay theo quy định của Chính phủ, Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà Nước Việt Nam.

The Bank considers lending decisions and when customers have the following conditions:-The customer must have the capability of civil law, the capacity for civil acts and bear civil liability in accordance with the law.-The purpose of use of loans are legal.-The customer must have the financial capacity to ensure repayment of the term commitment.-Investment projects, business plans, feasibility services; investment projects, serve a viable life with repayment plan feasible and consistent with the provisions of the law.-Implement fully the rules on loan guarantees under the Government's regulations, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam.

- purpose of loan use is legal.
- customers must have the financial capacity to repay debt guaranteed for a period of commitment.
- there are investment projects, production and business plans, feasibility services; investment plans, feasibility serving life together possible debt repayment plan and in accordance with the provisions of law.
- To fully implement the provisions of the loan guarantee as stipulated by the Government, the Governor The bank of Viet Nam.
