8. Trường hợp Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện nhận thấy mức dự phòng công suất, dự phòng điện năng hay an ninh cung cấp điện cục bộ không đảm bảo mức dự phòng đã phê duyệt, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện có thể từ chối kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa của Đơn vị truyền tải điện và các Đơn vị phát điện.
9. Trường hợp Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện từ chối kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa thiết bị, các đơn vị chịu ảnh hưởng có quyền đề xuất Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện kế hoạch sửa đổi trong thời hạn bảy (07) ngày.
10. Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải duy trì cập nhật về đánh giá an ninh hệ thống ngắn hạn. Nếu các mức dự phòng công suất, dự phòng điện năng và an ninh cung cấp điện cục bộ được đáp ứng, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải phê duyệt kế hoạch bảo dưỡng sửa chữa sửa đổi.
11. Nếu các điều kiện an ninh hệ thống ngắn hạn được thoả mãn, Đơn vị vận hành hệ thống điện và thị trường điện phải công bố toàn bộ việc đánh giá an ninh hệ thống.
