*Tại công đoạn Core Setting:Thao tác không cẩn thận có thể gây ra lỗi Kink.
*Tại công đoạn teflon mixing:
- Pha sơn không đúng tỉ lệ.
Tuy nhiên khả năng xảy ra lỗi này là rất hiếm(không có bằng chứng thực tế ).Nhưng bộ phận cũng đã thực hiện đối sách để phòng tránh việc pha nhầm tỉ lệ sơn.Xem attach file 7.

* In the Core Setting: operation not careful can cause errors of Kink.* At stages teflon mixing:-Mix the paint not the right proportion.However the possibility of this error is extremely rare (there is no actual proof). But the Department also has done for books to avoid the wrong paint ratio. See attach file 7.

* At teflon mixing stages:
- Phase paint scale.
