1.1.5. Tình hình nhân sự của phòng, tổ thực tập
Nơi tôi thực tập là văn phòng giao dịch 1, đồng thời là văn phòng làm việc chính của công ty. Tổng số nhân sự gồm có 6 người: gồm Giám đốc, Quản lí nhân sự, Kế toán và ba nhân viên.
Là văn phòng đầu tiên được thành lập, nên được đầu tư chu đáo về trang thiết bị, đặc biệt là đội ngũ nhân viên được đào tạo bài bản, kĩ lưỡng.
Giám đốc là anh Trần Minh Phụng, là chủ đầu tư, đồng thời là người trực tiếp điều hành Công ty.
Quản lí nhân sự là chị Nguyễn Thị Thủy, từng theo học tại trường Đại học, Tài chính Marketing Tp. HCM, có hơn một năm kinh nghiệm. Chị đảm nhận công việc hướng dẫn, phân chia công việc, giám sát quá trình làm việc của nhân viên.
Kế toán là anh Nguyễn Quốc Tuấn, tốt nghiệp trường Đại học Tôn Đức Thắng ,Tp.HCM, phụ trách tổng hợp các công nợ, thực hiện công tác thu chi, trả lương cho nhân viên.
Văn phòng giao dịch 1 có ba nhân viên gồm 2 nữ 1 nam, 2 nhân viên đều tốt nghiệp trung cấp, một người tốt nghiệp hệ cao đẳng, nhưng đều học qua nghiệp vụ bán vé máy bay. Công ty đang đẩy mạnh kinh doanh lĩnh vực là bán vé máy bay nên bố trí 2 nhân viên để đảm nhiệm., người còn lại phụ trách đăng kí tour du lịch.
Tuy mới thành lập nhưng VPGD1 đã rất nổ lực trong suốt 3 tháng vừa qua, chiếm gần 50% tổng số doanh thu.
