Trong chuyến công tác Hỗ trợ thực hiện Chương trình lần thứ 5 ngày 16/8/2016 tại Yên Bái. Sau khi kiểm tra các hồ sơ thiết kế bản vẽ thi công đã được phê duyệt, Ngân hàng Thế giới (WB) và Bộ Xây dựng đã yêu cầu bổ sung, sửa chữa. Sau khi hoàn thiệt được tổ chức đấu thầu.
