- Trong trường hợp nếu bên A bị từ chối cấp Visa nhập cảnh vào Châu Âu, Bên A sẽ không được hoàn trả lại chi phí sau (Theo quy định của Đại sứ quán)
+ Phí thủ tục (làm thư mời & dịch hồ sơ):

- Bên A có nhiệm vụ chuyển toàn bộ hồ sơ theo đúng tư vấn thủ tục quy định của đại sứ quán đã được gửi đến bên B khi đăng ký thủ tục theo yêu cầu.
