Nghiên cứu chính thức được thực hiện thông qua nghiên cứu định lượng bằng kỹ thuật sử dụng questionnaire với kích thước mẫu là 200 người. Nghiên cứu này được dùng để kiểm định sơ bộ mô hình thang đo và giả thuyết. Thang đo được đánh giá sơ bộ thông qua phương pháp độ tin cậy Cronbach Alpha và phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA. Mô hình lý thuyết được kiểm tra thông qua phương pháp phân tích hồi quy tuyến tính bội. Nghiên cứu sửdụng phần mềm SPSS 20 để phân tích dữ liệu.
