Theo Thông tư số 06/2006 / TT-BYT:
 Công ty mỹ phẩm có thể tự do nhập khẩu các sản phẩm mỹ phẩm vào Việt Nam.
 Các nhà nhập khẩu mỹ phẩm cần xuất trình giấy chứng nhận kiểm tra ban đầu cho các loại mỹ
phẩm nhập khẩu.
 Giấy chứng nhận phải được phát hành bởi nhà sản xuất. Và các công ty này được yêu cầu phải
chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng sản phẩm.

Circular No. 10/2006/TT-BYT: cosmetic companies can freely import cosmetic products in Vietnam. cosmetic importers need to present the original inspection certificate for the kind of Americaimported products. certificate must be issued by the manufacturer. And these companies are required toresponsible for product quality.
