Đề tài nghiên cứu “ Giải pháp nâng cao lợi thế cạnh tranh cho các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp trên địa bàn thành phố Cần Thơ” tập trung phân tích thực trạng các nhân tố sản xuất và kinh doanh của các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp trên địa bàn thành phố Cần Thơ. Chúng tôi thực hiện nghiên cứu tại các quận, huyện là Phong Điền, Ô Môn, Thốt Nốt, Thới Lai, Cờ Đỏ, Vĩnh Thạnh, Bình Thủy. Nghiên cứu lý thuyết về lợi thế cạnh tranh theo mô hình viên kim cương của Michael Porter được sử dụng làm cơ sở lý luận để tiếp cận nghiên cứu này. Các phương pháp phân tích được chúng tối sử dụng: thống kê mô tả kết hợp phân tích ma trận SWOT.
Nghiên cứu chỉ ra các lợi thế và bất lợi các điều kiện về nhân tố, về cầu, các ngành hỗ trợ và liên quan, cấu trúc chiến lược và cạnh tranh của các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp. Nghiên cứu cũng đã đưa ra các giải pháp cần thiết đồng thời mạnh dạn đề xuất kiến nghị đối với nhà nước và nội bộ ngành nhằm góp phần nâng cao lợi thế cạnh tranh cho các hợp tác xã nông nghiệp trên địa bàn thành phố Cần Thơ trong tương lai.

SUMMARYThe research topic "solutions that enhance competitive advantages for agricultural cooperatives in can tho city" focused analysis of the reality of the production factors and the business of agricultural cooperatives in can tho city. We perform research in the County , the district is the Phong Dien, OMON, thot not district, Thoi Lai, Vinh Thanh, Red Flag, Binh Thuy. Theoretical research about the competitive advantage in the model of Michael Porter's diamond was used as the basis for this research approach. The methods of analysis are we use: descriptive statistics incorporate SWOT matrix analysis. The study points out the advantages and disadvantages of conditions on human elements, on demand, support and related industries, strategic and competitive structure of the agricultural cooperatives. The study has also given the solutions needed at the same time boldly proposed recommendations for the internal State and the industry to contribute to enhancing the competitive edge for the agriculture cooperative in can tho city in the future.

SUMMARY
The research project "Solutions for improving competitive advantage for agricultural cooperatives in the province of Can Tho City" focuses on analyzing the current status of production factors and business of agricultural cooperatives in the province of Can Tho city. We conducted the study in the district is the Phong Dien, O Mon and Thot, Thoi Lai, Co Do, Vinh Thanh, Binh Thuy. Theoretical research on competitive advantage in the model of Michael Porter's diamond is used as the rationale for the research approach. The analytical method we used: combining statistical analysis describing the SWOT matrix.
The study points out the advantages and disadvantages of the factor conditions, demand and support and related industries , structure and competitive strategies of the agricultural cooperatives. The study also came up with the necessary solutions and bold proposals for internal state and industry to contribute to improving the competitive advantage of agricultural cooperatives in the province of Can Tho city Future.
