Năm thứ hai, tôi tập trung xây dựng hệ thống văn bản phục vụ công tác quản lý tín dụng với trọng tâm là các báo cáo với nội dung thông tin và tiêu chí phân loại đánh giá khác nhau góp phần phục vụ hiệu quả yêu cầu nghiên cứu, phân tích, đánh giá và đưa ra quyết định của các cấp quản lý và tác nghiệp trong toàn hệ thống.
