Trong mô hình Geert Hofstede có đề cập đến Khoảng cách quyền lực (Hofstede, G. 1980). Nó là mức độ khác nhau về quyền lực giữa các thành viên trong một doanh nghiệp khi mà quyền lực được phân bổ không đều trong doanh nghiệp đó.
