Để thuận tiện cho công tác kê khai thuế cũng như lưu giữ chứng từ gốc tại Travel Sky, Chúng tôi có một số vấn đề cần lưu ý với các bạn về việc liên quan đến việc Jinair xuất hoá đơn cho Travel sky như sau:

2. Từ ngày 15/05/2016 các bạn đã xuất hoá đơn cho chúng tôi theo địa chỉ mới, phiền các bạn sửa lại về địa chỉ cũ bên trên và gửi lại cho chúng tôi.

3. Các hoá đơn các bạn xuất cho chúng tôi từ Tháng 03/2016 - hết tháng 06/2016 phiền các bạn ký, đóng dấu và gửi bản gốc cho chúng tôi theo địa chỉ sau:

4. Các hoá đơn phát sinh từ tháng 07/2016 các bạn gửi bản gốc có dấu của các bạn cho chúng tôi theo quý nhé ( 03 tháng 01 lần). Hoá đơn quý này, các bạn gửi cho chúng tôi vào tháng đầu tiên của qu ý tiếp theo ( VD: Hoá đơn của Qu ý III/2016 - th áng 07+08+09/2016 các bạn gửi cho chúng tôi bản gốc có dấu vào tháng 10/2016. Tương tự cho các quý tiếp theo), khi gửi các bạn mail thông báo và khi nhận được chúng tôi sẽ gửi mail xác nhận lại cho các bạn.
