Nhiều món ăn đồng quê ĐBSCL vào tốp 50 món ăn nổi tiếng Việt Nam
(CT)- Tổ chức Kỷ lục Việt Nam - Vietking vừa công bố tốp 50 món ăn đặc sản nổi tiếng Việt Nam đợt 3-2015. Trong đó, nhiều đặc sản đồng quê của ĐBSCL được bình chọn.
Nổi bật là cá linh - loài cá mùa nước nổi miền Tây, trở thành đặc sản của tỉnh Đồng Tháp với món lẩu chua cá linh bông điên điển và là đặc sản An Giang với món cá linh kho mía. Ngoài ra, Đồng Tháp còn được bình chọn 3 đặc sản khác là khô cá lóc Tràm Chim, chuột đồng Cao Lãnh quay lu và hủ tiếu Sa Đéc; An Giang có đậu nành rau và tung lò mò (lạp xưởng bò, đặc sản đồng bào dân tộc Chăm).
Một số đặc sản khác của ĐBSCL được công bố đợt này gồm: khóm Tân Lập (Long An), khoai lang Bình Tân, xà lách xoong Bình Minh (Vĩnh Long), mật ong rừng U Minh (Cà Mau), mắm còng Gò Công (Tiền Giang). Sau khi công nhận, những món ăn này được công bố trong các ấn phẩm của Tổ chức Kỷ lục Việt Nam, niên giám "Kỷ lục Việt Nam"… để quảng bá thông tin, hình ảnh đặc sản của địa phương trong và ngoài nước, góp phần phát triển du lịch.
