1: Hãy giới thiệu về bản thân mình

Tên tôi là Lê Thịnh Trường , năm nay 28 tuổi đã có gia đinh và vừa mới có con vào đầu năm 2015 . Gia đình tôi có 4 người . Mẹ tôi năm nay 52 tuổi và người làm kinh doanh tự do. Bố tôi 54 tuôi , ông đã từng là công an nhưng do sức khoẻ yếu nên đã xin nghỉ hưu từ vài năm trước . Tôi còn 1 người anh trai hơn tôi 2 tuổi nữa. Anh ấy hiện đang là phi công và bay cho VNA
Tôi là người rất yêu nghành hàng không, từ khi còn học cấp 3 tôi đã mong muốn công việc sau này là phục vu trong nghành HK . Năm 2010 tôi bắt đầu làm việc cho VNA tại vị trí nv checkin cho đến nay . Công việc của tôi là phục vụ cho các hãng hàng không nước ngoài khai thác tại cảng NBA , trong 5 năm qua tôi đã từng học hệ thống và làm nv checkin cho rất nhiều hãng như là : Air Asia , Aero flot, EVA Air ,Asia Airline, Laos Airline , Malaysia Airline, China Airline và Korean Air …
Hiện nhóm tôi đang làm việc thì Korean Air là 1 hãng chính mà nhóm phải phục vụ. Tôi đã làm công viẹce checkin cho KE đc khoảng 3 năm rồi . Hàng ngày làm việc nên tôi hiểu rất rõ quy trình phục vụ của hãng .

2: Vì sao lại chuyển từ VNA sang KE

Là 1 người cầu tiến và rất yêu công việc này nên sau khoảng thời gian 5 năm làm cho VNA tôi muốn thử sức mình ở 1 vị trí công việc cao hơn . Tôi
