Chúng ta phải ra sức học tập để trau dồi kiến thức nhưng đồng thời cũng phải có những kĩ năng xã hội bằng nhiều việc khác nhau trong đó có công việc tình nguyện
Tôi đồng ý khoảng 80% rằng công việc tình nguyện cần bắt buộc trong chương trình học và 20%là ko…trước tiên chúng ta cần hiểu tn là tình nguyện “Tình nguyện” được hiểu đầy đủ là một hoạt động không đặt ra lợi ích vật chất,không mang lợi ích cá nhân, được làm với tinh thần tự nguyện và đem lại lợi ích cho người khác.vậy bạn sẽ nhận đc gì khi làm tình nguyện??? Nếu có ai hỏi tôi như vậy thì tôi sẽ trả lời ngay rằng, chẳng được gì cả cho riêng mình nếu nhìn dưới góc độ vật chất. Nhưng lại “được” rất nhiều nếu ta biết “nhận ra” nó. Làm tình nguyện là vì người khác, vì những người cần sự giúp đỡ, mà những người đó thường là những số phận kém may mắn, là những đứa trẻ mồ côi, người khuyết tật, người già cô đơn. Tiếp xúc với họ, giúp đỡ họ dù chỉ là những việc rất nhỏ, bạn sẽ thấy mình có ích. Bên họ bạn mới nhận ra rằng, những trở ngại và khó khăn trong cuộc sống mà bạn vẫn thường than vãn chẳng thấm tháp gì so với những mất mát, khó khăn mà những người thiệt thòi đang từng ngày phải gánh chịu. Bạn vẫn còn hạnh phúc và may mắn hơn họ rất nhiều, điều mà không phải lúc nào bạn cũng nhận ra. Và bạn cũng “học” được nhiều điều không có trong bài giảng ở trường nhưng lại rất có ích cho bạn trên bước đường lập nghiệp. “Vỡ ra” những điều này còn đáng quý hơn rất nhiều so với số tiền bồi dưỡng đi lại, ăn nghỉ mà bạn có thể được bù đắp sau mỗi chuyến đi xa.
tuy nhiên ,điều đầu tiên giáo dục của việt nam luôn hướng tới là bồi đắp kiến thức phổ thông trước khi bắt đầu trau dồi các kĩ năng xã hội. Với suy nghĩ lấy vốn tri thức làm thước đo giá trị bản thân, phần lớn các bạn trẻ việt nam đều thường yếu trong vấn đề quan hệ xã hội. Từ đó dẫn đến sự không nhanh nhạy trong việc xử lí tình huống, phản ứng chậm và trong các công việc đòi hỏi tư duy nhạy bén,… điều đó lí giải cho câu hỏi tại sao lớp trẻ việt nam có lối suy nghĩ và phản ứng không phát triển bằng các nước phương Tây. Nhưng, được sống và thừa hưởng chế độ giáo dục của việt nam, việc học lí thuyết vẫn là yếu tố cần được ưu tiên hàng đầu cần phải đáp ứng, còn kĩ năng xã hội bị đẩy xuống hàng thứ hai. Không thể trách các bạn trẻ việt nam khi họ từ bé đến lớn đã sống trong môi trường đòi hỏi phải có nền tảng tri thức để học tập và làm việc. Và cũng không thể trách nền giáo dục Việt Nam trong việc yêu cầu giới trẻ làm việc với một lượng kiến thức lí thuyết lớn. Chính vì vậy mà theo tôi, không có câu trả lời đúng sai thỏa đáng cho vấn đề này.
Không ít ý kiến cho rằng đã là tình nguyện thì phải làm những “việc lớn”, đi về những vùng xa xôi. Nhưng ngay tại thành phố cũng có rất nhiều nơi cần chúng ta. Vì người thiệt thòi ở đâu cũng có và cũng không phải thấy vui thì mới đi tình nguyện. Hãy bắt đầu tình nguyện từ những việc nhỏ quanh ta, rồi bạn sẽ thấy ý nghĩa to lớn của nó.

Tóm lại , công việc tình nguyện là rất cần thiết trong cuộc sống và xã hội hiện nay. Nhưng vì điều kiện của nước ta, việc tình nguyện nên là 1 môn bắt buộc trong trường học khó mà thực hiện được. nếu ở trường tôi có đưa việc tình nguyện vào trong giảng dạy thì tôi cũng rất sẵn lòng tham gia.
