Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Đảm bảo hồ sơ địa chính luôn phản ánh đúng và kịp thời hiện trạng sử dụng đất. Tạo điều kiện cho Nhà nước nắm chắc quỹ đất đai tạo cơ sở quản lý, phân bổ hợp lý và phục vụ công tác thống kê đất đai hàng năm.
