Điều 5: Người SDLĐ đảm bảo việc làm thường xuyên cho NLĐ, thực hiện đầy đủ ngày, giờ công theo quy định, tạo điều kiện thuận lợi về cơ sở vật chất, phương tiện việc làm…., để NLĐ hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ và đạt năng suất lao động cao nhất.
