3. Gửi thêm tiền vào thẻ tiết kiệm/Tiền Gửi:
- Bước 1: Tiếp nhận yêu cầu của khách hàng
- Bước 2: Kiểm đếm tiền và xử lý yêu cầu của khách hàng trên hệ thống korebank.
- Bước 3: KSV phê duyệt chứng từ và giao dịch trên Korebank
- Bước 4: TTV in phiếu hạch toán, in thẻ tiết kiệm
- Bước 5: Ký duyệt trên mặt trong thẻ tiết kiệm
- Bước 6: Trả kết quả cho khách hàng, lưu chứng từ và kết thúc giao dịch.
