Bộ phận kỹ thuật xin gửi lại Anh/Chị thông tin như sau :
Tất cả các lỗi cần kỹ thuật sử chữa đều phải gửi qua BMS. Đối với các lỗi cần sửa chữa gấp, liên hệ vào các địa chỉ cho các khu vực như bên dưới – sau khi liên hệ hotline thì nhập lỗi vào BMS để bộ phận kỹ thuật quản lý và tổng kết công việc.

1. Khu vực khách sạn, villa, nhà hàng: ETX: 5184 hoặc Hotline trực ca khách sạn – 0907 049 123, email: [e-mail]


2. Khu vực bếp căn tin và ký túc xá: ETX: 5324 hoặc Hotline trực ca vận hành – 0907 034 123, email: [e-mail]
