3.4 Trường hợp vì lý do khách quan thay đổi các thông số kỹ thuật phải điều chỉnh thời gian thì hai bên phải có biên bản thỏa thuận điều chỉnh; Bên B thông báo cho Bên A bằng văn bản trước (03) ngày, khi công trình có dấu hiệu ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ và nêu rõ nguyên nhân gây chậm trễ,
