Bệnh Viện 198 Bộ Công An là một đơn vị có nhiệm vụ then chốt chăm sóc sức
khỏe cho nhân dân ,đây là một vị tri thuận lợi về giao thông góp phần không nhỏ
độ đến chăm sóc sức khỏe cho nhân dân
Cùng với đội ngũ cán bộ , công nhân viên giàu kinh nghiệm ,giàu nhiệt
huyết , vừa hồng vừa chuyên về hệ thống khoa , phòng ,cơ sở vật chất kiên cố
khang trang .Hàng năm bệnh viện đã khám và chữa bệnh cho hàng nghìn lượt
bệnh nhân ,đáp ứng được phần lớn nhu cầu khám chữa bệnh của nhân dân
Bên cạnh các khoa ,phòng điều trị lâm sàng thì khoa Dược là một vị trí
quan trọng với chuyên môn nhiêm vụ hậu cần cho ngành y tế nói chung và phân
phối thuốc tân dược ,đông dược ,hóa chất , dụng cụ y tế …..
Khoa dược bệnh viên luôn hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ ,đáp ứng đầy đủ mọi nhu cầuvề thuốc men ,y cụ , y tế phục vụ cho điều trị nội ngoại trú , góp phần không nhỏ trong công tác chăm sóc sức khỏe cho người dân
1. Đối tượng nghiên cứu
Thái độ của bệnh nhân với thầy thuốc của Bệnh viện: gồm các CBCS, Công nhân viên, học viên đang công tác học tập tại CAND
- Thân nhân của CBCS thuộc đối tượng BHYT khám tại 19-8
2. Phạm vi nghiên cứu

Căn cứ và phương hướng nhiệm vụ của ngành, chỉ tiêu kế hoạch
của bênh viện và dự trì của các khoa phòng chuyên môn và lập kế hoạch phát
triển công tác dược và kế hoạch nhu cầu dự trữ thuốc men ,hóa chất y cụ để
phục vụ cho công tác phòng và điều trị nghiên cứu ,khoa học và đào tạo cán bộ
bệnh viện

Mỗi cán bộ công nhân viên trong khoa dược đều phải hoàn thành
tốt nhiệm vụ của mình
- Kiểm tra đôn đốc cán bộ nhân viên trong khoa dược thực hiện tốt
các quy định về y đức làm theo lời dạy của Bác Hồ “ Lương y như tử mẫu”
- Thực hiện an toàn tuyệt đối trong công tác cấp phát thuốc cũng
như trong pha chế
- Đòi hỏi mỗi cán bộ công nhân viên trong khoa dược đều phải
thực hiện nghiêm chỉnh và đầy đủ các quy chế ,chế độ của ngành
- Đối với bộ phận thống kê :phải chịu trách nhiệm trước trưởng
khoa về công tác thống kê ,sổ sách bảo cáo chính xác tình hình xuất – nhập
thuốc ,y cụ ,hóa chất ….cho toàn bệnh viện một cách chính xác và kịp thời
- Đối với bộ phận kế toán : hàng ngày phải có nhiệm vụ thống kê
báo cáo với y cụ và ban giám đốc về số lượng xuất nhập –tồn hàng tháng
,quý .Phải báo cáo rõ ràng lượng thuốc xuất nhập trong định mức cũng như
ngoài định mức của bệnh viện đa khoa
Các thông tin y tế về hoạt động chuyên môn kỹ thuật của trung
tâm y tế phải được ghi chép đầy đủ theo đúng biểu mẫu thống kê ,mẫu số được
bảo quản và lưu trữ theo đúng quy định của nhà nước
- Tổ chức cấp phát thuốc ,hóa chất ,vật dụng tiêu hao , y cụ cho
điều trị và khám bệnh nâng cao chất lượng và đảm bảo cho người dùng
- Bảo quản thuốc men hóa chất y cụ trong khoa, phòng riêng do
mình quản lý đồng thời hướng dẫn khoa phòng khác trong bệnh viện về bảo
quản thuốc men , hóa chất , y cụ
3. Nội dung nghiên cứu

- Kiểm tra sát sao việc thực hiện quy chế Bệnh viện ,quy định kỹ
thuật bệnh viện ,quy chế quản lý sử dụng vật tư ,thiết bị y tế,các trang bị thông
dụng và việc thực hiện vệ sinh và bảo hộ lao động
- Tổ chức pha chế thuốc cho bệnh viện theo chủ trương phương
hướng của cán bộ trên cơ sở tự lực cánh sinh ,phát triển pha chế thuốc theo
đơn thuốc đông y và thuốc chuyên khoa
- Thực hiện kiểm soát ,kiểm nghiệm thuốc chặt chẽ không nhằm
