Lời đầu, cháu xin gửi lời hỏi thăm sức khỏe tới Bác và mọi người trong gia đình, chúc Bác và mọi người luôn luôn mạnh khỏe.
Được vào làm việc tại công ty thời gian qua cháu cảm thấy rất vui, cháu đã coi công ty như ngôi nhà thứ 2 của mình. Và ở ngôi nhà này cháu được học hỏi thêm rất nhiều điều mới qua Bác. Nhưng giờ đã sắp đến ngày cháu sinh em bé, cháu muốn xin phép Bác cho cháu nghỉ sinh một thời gian. Cháu hứa sau khi sinh xong cháu sẽ quay trở lại công ty làm việc. Cháu cũng mong Bác tạo điều kiện giúp đỡ cháu để cháu quay trở lại công ty.
Cháu xin chân thành cảm ơn Bác !
