Thứ nhất, trong quá trình khảo sát ý kiến của CBCNV, tôi đã được rèn luyện và nâng cao rất nhiều kỹ năng bổ ích liên quan đến việc điều tra ý kiến: đó là kỹ năng thuyết trình (giới thiệu và giải thích cho CBCNV hiểu về mục đích của đề tài), kỹ năng giải tuyết vấn đề (khi có những thắc mắc được hỏi thêm từ phía CBCNV),… Những kỹ năng này không chỉ giúp ích cho công việc sau này mà còn giúp tôi rèn luyện được sự kiên nhẫn, hòa nhã đối với khách hàng của mình.

Firstly, in the course of surveys of EMPLOYEES, I was working out and raise a lot of useful skills relevant to the investigation of the opinion: it is the presentation skills (introduced and explained to the EMPLOYEES understand the purpose of the subject), the snow problem solving skills (when there are questions to be asked more from the EMPLOYEES) ,… These skills not only help later work but also helped me work out the patient, amiable for his customers.

Firstly, in the course of the staff opinion survey, I have been training and raising a lot of useful skills related to the investigation of opinions: that presentation skills (introduce and explain to employees understanding of the purpose of the subject), snow problem solving skills (when there are questions to be asked for more from the staff), ... these skills are not only useful for future work, but also help me train was patience, gentleness towards its customers.
