Trong trường hợp Hợp đồng này chất

Trong trường hợp Hợp đồng này chất dứt theo Điều 5.1.(iv).(b), Bên A sẽ hoàn trả ngay cho Bên B vào ngày chấm dứt Hợp đồng số Tiền đặt cọc và các khoản đã nhận từ Bên B và khoản phạt tương ứng với các số tiền kể trên

in this case terminate the contract in accordance with Article 5.1. (iv). (b), a party will be returned to the b terminate the contract on deposit and cash received from the b and penalties corresponding to the above amount

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In case this contract ends the matter under article 5.1.(iv).(b), A Party shall promptly reimburse the Party B on termination of the contract and deposit amount received from Sides B and penalties proportionate to the amount mentioned above
