Trong trường hợp bên A dự định phát

Trong trường hợp bên A dự định phát hành báo cáo kiểm toán của bên B dưới bất kỳ dạng tài liệu nào, hoặc phát hành các tài liệu trong đó có các thông tin về báo cáo tài chính đã được kiểm toán, Ban Giám đốc bên A đồng ý rằng họ sẽ cung cấp cho bên B một bản của tài liệu này và chỉ phổ biến rộng rãi các tài liệu này sau khi có sự đồng ý của bên B bằng văn bản.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

In case party A planned audit reports of party B any kind of document, or publish material which contains information about the financial report has been audited, the Board of Directors of party A agrees that they will give the side B a copy of this document and are only widely available these materials after the the intent of the parties B in writing.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

In the case of Party A intends to release the audit report of Party B under any type of material or issuance of documents including information on financial statements audited, the Board of Directors on the A agree that they will give Party B a copy of this document and widely disseminate these materials after the consent of Party B in writing.
