Sở Giao dịch 3 đã được ủy thác để hỗ trợ các chương trình và dự án với tổng nguồn vốn ủy thác là 1.637 triệu USD. Với vai trò là đơn vị đầu mối thực hiện dịch vụ đại lý ủy thác cho toàn hệ thống BIDV, Sở giao dịch 3 đã tích cực phối hợp với các chi nhánh khác, cùng các Bộ ngành chủ quản liên quan để quản lý, kiểm soát cũng như điều hành việc giải ngân vốn ủy thác thông qua BIDV. Tổng vốn mới đại lý và ủy thác năm 2014 đạt 31.355 tỷ VND; trong đó nguồn vốn từ thị trường Trung Quốc và Liên Minh Châu Âu là chủ yếu.
Đến thời điểm 31/12/2014, dư nợ đại lý ủy thác của Sở Giao dịch 3 đã lên tới 46.179 tỷ VND; tăng trưởng 3% so với mức đầu năm.
