Regarding on your wish to increase your salary: unfortunately, we will not be able to increase your salary yet for the reasons below:
1. Sutunam direction has not yet worked on performance appraisal that are normally done once a year after Tet 2015.
2. As you may know, M. Thien is looking to go for a short term mission to France and we are looking to give you more responsibilities and to ensure you can work directly with Project Managers and not under Thien's management.

However I would like to let you know:
- in December 2014 you will receive +$50 USD bonus for introducing M. Dung to Sutunam
- in January 2015 you will receive +$50 USD bonus more after M. Dung worked for Sutunam during 3 months
I want to personally thank you for your steadfast loyalty and commitment to Sutunam’s success. It is appreciated. We also hope this will encourage you to perform even better; there is always room for improvement.

- in February 2015 you will receive annual bonus (Tet bonus) regarding on Sutunam's year performance
- Sutunam is looking to hire one more HTML/CSS profile, and we would like you to become manager

Thus we would like you to agree to receive these bonuses and to review your salary in February 2015 after general annual performance appraisal.
