Ban hành chính
Giúp Hiệu trưởng điều hành toàn bộ các hoạt động hành chính của trường. Tổ chức giao dịch hành chính, trao đổi thông tin giữa Ban giám hiệu với các cơ quan khác và giữa Ban giám hiệu với các đơn vị, cán bộ công nhân viên và sinh viên trong Trường. Đóng góp ý kiến giúp Ban Giám hiệu trong công tác lập kế hoạch và theo dõi việc thực hiện kế hoạch của Trường.
Ban đào tạo
Giúp Hiệu trưởng trong việc định hướng, phát triển ngành nghề đào tạo, kế hoạch đào tạo, tư vấn tuyển sinh và công tác tuyển sinh, quyết định đầu vào, đầu ra, in ấn, cấp phát, quản lý văn bằng, quản lý các bậc học (đại học hệ chính quy, vừa làm vừa học, sau đại học) về công tác giảng dạy và học tập, công tác giáo trình; tham mưu cho Hiệu trưởng giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình đào tạo.
Ban tài chính
Gợi ý cho Hiệu trưởng phương hướng, biện pháp, qui chế quản lý tài chính, thực hiện các quyết định tài chính của Hiệu trưởng và tổ chức thực hiện công tác kế toán sao cho hiệu quả, đúng qui chế. Thực hiện các thủ tục giao dịch tài chính với các tổ chức và cá nhân trong và ngoài Trường; kiểm tra, kiểm soát việc thực hiện các qui định quản lý tài chính và chế độ tài chính; tham mưu xét duyệt dự toán thu, chi hằng năm của các đơn vị trực thuộc.
Ban công tác sinh viên
Giúp cho Ban giám hiệu trong công tác quản lý sinh viên, thực hiện các chế độ chính sách của Nhà nước, những quy định của Trường liên quan đến cấp học bổng, miễn giảm học phí, khen thưởng, kỷ luật sinh viên, các thủ tục nhập học của sinh viên khóa mới, cho sinh viên thôi học, sinh viên tốt nghiệp... Thực hiện các chế độ chính sách của Nhà nước, những quy định của Trường liên quan đến cấp học bổng, miễn giảm học phí, khen thưởng, kỷ luật sinh viên. Tham mưu cho Ban Giám hiệu quản lý mọi mặt sinh hoạt và đời sống sinh viên.
Ban quan hệ quốc tế
Đóng góp ý kiến cho Hiệu truởng và Ban giám hiệu trong việc tổ chức thực hiện các mặt công tác hợp tác quốc tế của Trường. Thực hiện các thủ tục duyệt xét dự án theo như yêu cầu của đề án, dự án và qui định của nhà nước. Tham gia quản lý và thực hiện dự án do Ban giám hiệu chỉ định, hỗ trợ nghiệp vụ và cung cấp thông tin cho các đơn vị lập đề án, dự án, quản lý những dự án đang thực hiện.
