Các hoạt động thể thao, văn nghệ đã trở thành một phần không thể thiếu trong đời sống sinh viên Khoa Quốc tế. Các giải thi đấu bóng đá cấp Khoa hoặc cấp Đại học Quốc gia Hà Nội, giải bóng bàn học sinh, sinh viên thành phố Hà Nội, các đêm nhạc chào mừng các ngày lễ lớn, cuộc thi Tiếng hát sinh viên Khoa Quốc tế, cuộc thi Nữ sinh thanh lịch... đều là những ngày hội lớn của Khoa, cơ hội để phát triển tinh thần giao lưu, hợp tác, biến việc học tập tại Khoa Quốc tế thành niềm vui và sự thích thú.

Với phương châm “Vui để học tập, khỏe để cống hiến”, phong trào thể dục thể thao luôn được Ban chủ nhiệm Khoa và Liên chi đoàn quan tâm phát động, tạo sân chơi lành mạnh trong sinh viên. Nhờ vậy, hoạt động này được sinh viên hưởng ứng rất nhiệt tình, trở thành một phong trào sâu rộng, đạt hiệu quả cao. Một sinh viên muốn phát triển toàn diện thì không thể chỉ biết học tập tốt mà còn phải biết tham gia vào các hoạt động thể dục thể thao rèn luyện bản thân và có một sức khỏe tốt. Vì thế, nhiều em mong muốn gia nhập đội quân quần đùi áo cộc của Trường, Khoa và của Lớp để được rèn luyện, giao lưu và thể hiện mình. Do vậy, hằng năm, Liên chi đoàn thường xuyên tổ chức giải bóng đá cấp Khoa để tạo ra sân chơi lành mạnh và giao lưu giữa các ngành nghề với sự tham gia của 24 lớp chuyên ngành trong Khoa, thường xuyên tham gia giải bóng đá nam, giải bóng đá nữ, bóng chuyền Nam và bóng chuyền Nữ của trường Đại học GTVT và nhiều lần đạt giải nhất, đạt giải nhì, giải ba.
