Nếu công việc sửa chữa khiếm khuyết

Nếu công việc sửa chữa khiếm khuyết hoặc thiệt hại có thể ảnh hưởng đến sự vận hành của một, một số hoặc tất cả các hạng nục của Công Trình Chính, Chủ Đầu Tư có quyền yêu cầu bằng văn bản và gửi tới Nhà Thầu trong vòng [15 (mười lăm)] ngày kể từ ngày các khiếm khuyết hoặc thiệt hại được sửa chữa để Nhà Thầu tiến hành lại bất cứ việc chạy thử nào nêu trong Hợp Đồng. Việc chạy thử này phải được tiến hành theo các điều kiện được áp dụng cho các lần chạy thử trước.
