- Thâm niên được tính chi tiết tới từng tháng (nếu từ 15 ngày trở lên thì tính đủ tháng, nếu dưới 15 ngày thì không được tính đủ tháng.
- Tiền thâm niên = số tháng thâm niên * số tiền thâm niên 1 tháng.
- Phòng HCNS có trách nhiệm lập tờ trình về số tiền thâm niên của 1 tháng, dự toán tổng tiền thâm niên trước 30 ngày so với ngày bắt đầu nghỉ tết.
- Thưởng thâm niên được trả vào cuối năm ( Âm lịch).
