Kiểm tra nghiệm thu nội bộ: Kiểm tra thông mạch, ngắn mạch các tuyến dây và các thiết bị, nếu không có sự cố thì tiến hành kiểm tra chạy thử cho các thiết bị của từng phòng, tầng (Các công tắc phải đóng ngắt dứt khoát, ánh sáng của các đèn phải ổn định, động cơ phải chạy êm và đúng chiều, ổ cắm phải bảo đảm đúng điện áp, ....). Sử lý ngay các sự cố nếu có và kiểm tra lại.
h. Tiến hành mời BQLDA và TVGS kiểm tra nghiệm thu.
