Mục 8. BÁO CÁO, KIỂM TRA, GIÁM SÁT
Điều 39. Chế độ báo cáo của Người được bảo lãnh
1. Định kỳ 6 tháng, hàng năm, người được bảo lãnh có trách nhiệm gửi các báo cáo tài chính cho Bộ Tài chính. Báo cáo tài chính năm phải được xác nhận của cơ quan kiểm toán nhà nước hoặc kiểm toán độc lập. Trong trường hợp cần thiết, Bộ Tài chính có thể yêu cầu người được bảo lãnh báo cáo về các nội dung liên quan.
2. Báo cáo tình hình rút vốn, trả nợ, dư nợ bảo lãnh, tình hình thực hiện chương trình, dự án và các nội dung khác thực hiện theo hướng dẫn cụ thể của Bộ Tài chính.

Article 39. The reporting regime of the guaranteed
one. Every 6 months, annually, the guaranteed shall send financial reports to the Finance Ministry. The annual financial report must be certified by the state audit agency or independent auditors. In case of necessity, the Ministry of Finance may request the guaranteed reports of related content.
2. Report on withdrawal and repayment, the outstanding guarantee, on the implementation of programs, projects and other contents comply with specific instructions of the Ministry of Finance.
