Tổng kinh phí phục vụ cho 4 chương mục tiêu y tế quốc gia trong 5 năm qua là hơn 17.000 tỉ đồng nhưng một số chỉ tiêu chuyên môn y tế đã được Thủ tướng phê duyệt chưa hoàn thành.

Thông tin này được đưa ra tại hội nghị tổng kết mục tiêu quốc gia ngành y tế giai đoạn 2011-2015 và định hướng giai đoạn 2016-2020 do Bộ Y tế tổ chức tại TP HCM sáng 16-5. Trong 5 năm qua, tổng kinh phí phục vụ cho 4 chương mục tiêu quốc gia (gồm y tế, dân số/kế hoạch hóa gia đình, an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm, phòng chống HIV/AIDS) là 17.132 tỉ đồng. Tuy nhiên, một số chỉ tiêu chuyên môn y tế đã được Thủ tướng phê duyệt giai đoạn 2011-2015 vẫn chưa hoàn thành. Cụ thể: Kế hoạch đặt ra là 100% bệnh nhân phong được săn sóc tàn tật nhưng mới đạt 85%; khống chế tỉ lệ lây truyền bệnh lao kháng thuốc, tăng tỉ lệ tiếp cận với điều trị lao đa kháng thuốc đạt 30% (trong khi kế hoạch là 55%); tăng dưới 5% bệnh nhân ung thư được phát hiện sớm đồng thời giảm tỉ lệ tử vong của một số loại ung thư: vú, cổ tử cung, khoang miệng, đại trực tràng (kế hoạch là 5%-10%); tỉ lệ tử vong ở trẻ em dưới 5 tuổi hiện còn 22% (kế hoạch là 19,3%); 50% trẻ em khuyết tật dưới 6 tuổi được phát hiện và can thiệp sớm để ngăn ngừa và điều trị phục hồi khuyết tật (kế hoạch là 60%); 52,4 % các tỉnh/thành phố Trung ương có mô hình chợ đảm bảo vệ sinh an toàn thực phẩm (kế hoạch là 100%); 65% phụ nữ mang thai được xét nghiệm HIV (kế hoạch là 90%)…
