Đối với nhà đầu tư nước ngoài muốn

Đối với nhà đầu tư nước ngoài muốn dời nhà máy tại 1 nước khác về Việt Nam thì phải thực hiện thủ tục đầu tư dự án theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam. Khi đó, sẽ được hưởng các chính sách ưu đãi theo quy định của Chính phủ như sau:
