Tóm lại: Các yếu tố môi trường vĩ mô gồm nhóm các yếu tố môi trường kinh tế, nhóm các yếu tố môi trường xã hội, nhóm các yếu tố môi trường chính phủ, yếu tố công nghệ và yếu tố tự nhiên; các nhóm yếu tố này có quan hệ với nhau gây ảnh hưởng mạnh mẽ đến hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh.

Vì vậy khi nói đến quá trình quản trị sản xuất kinh doanh, quản trị gia phải dự báo chính xác các yếu tố môi trường vĩ mô, để có thể đề ra một chiến lược phù hợp giúp doanh nghiệp tồn tại và phát triển.
