Khi đoàn về, lễ tân sẽ đưa danh sách cho trưởng đoàn để kiểm tra lại xem có đúng loại phòng cho khách và những khách ở cùng phòng hay không. Nếu có thay đổi thì lễ tân cập nhật lại để còn thay đổi trên máy tính.
- Khi giao chìa khoá, lễ tân nên giao cho trưởng đoàn để trưởng đoàn giao lại cho khách.
