Điều kiện đi kèm với Phương án 1 – thuê:

· Giữ nguyên giá thuê trong 2 năm, trả tiền thuê hàng quý

· Trước khi hết thời hạn thuê 6 tháng, Bên Thuê sẽ thông báo quyết định chính thức mua hoặc không mua.

· Nếu quyết định mua, giá mua thực hiện thanh toán vào thời điểm đó vẫn giữ nguyên là 495.000 USD, bên mua chấp nhận 2 năm thuê không tính khấu hao trừ vào giá trị tài sản mua.
