Thời gian đối thoại: 01 buổi.
Nội dung đối thoại: về các chế độ chính sách đối với người lao động.
-Chế độ tiền lượng.
-Tiền tăng ca.
-Chính sách về BHXH, BHYT, BHTN.
-Chế độ đối với lao động nữ.
-Dự định trong vòng tháng 09 sẽ phỏng vấn và chọn ra những người để tham gia đối thoại.
Kết quả đối thoại sẽ được trả lời bằng văn bản.
