Qua sự tìm hiểu, em đã một phần nào đúc kết kinh nghiệm thực tế, vận dụng cơ sở lý luận về chất lượng và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO đã học, quan sát và đưa ra cho mình những giải pháp riêng. Đồng thời có cách nhìn tổng quát và triển khai áp dụng từ lý thuyết vào thực tiễn gặp những khó khăn và thuận lợi gì? Nguyên nhân do đâu? Trên cơ sở đó em đưa ra một số giải pháp nhằm góp phần giúp công ty có một số ý kiến để tham khảo và áp dụng có hiệu quả hơn bộ tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008.

3.Đối tượng và phạm vi nghiên cứu
Ở đề tài này em lấy hệ thống quản lý chất lượng theo tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001:2008 ở công ty HVT là chính. Nhưng do thời gian có hạn nên sự tìm hiểu về bộ tiêu chuẩn này vào thực tế còn nhiều thiếu sót và mong rằng sẽ hoàn thiện hơn nữa.
