Báo cáo kết quả quan trắc môi trườn

Báo cáo kết quả quan trắc môi trường của Công ty CP Baria Serece được thành lập trên cơ sở tuân thủ các văn bản pháp lý sau đây:
- Luật Bảo vệ Môi Trường số 55/2014/QH13 được Quốc Hội nước Cộng Hòa Xã Hội Chủ Nghĩa Việt Nam khóa XIII, kỳ họp thứ 7 thông qua ngày 23/06/2014 và có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2015.
- Nghị định số 19/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 14/2/2015 quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Bảo vệ môi trường.
- Nghị định 18/2015/NĐ-CP ngày 14/02/2015 của Chính phủ quy định về quy hoạch bảo vệ môi trường, đánh giá môi trường chiến lược, đánh giá tác động môi trường và kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường.
- Thông tư số 43/2015/TT-BTNMT ngày 29/9/2015 của Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường về việc báo cáo hiện trạng môi trường, bộ chỉ thị môi trường và quản lý số liệu quan trắc môi trường;
- Nghị định số 25/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 29/03/2013 của Chính Phủ về “Phí bảo vệ môi trường đối với nước thải”;
- Nghị định số 38/2015/NĐ-CP ban hành ngày 24/4/2015 về quản lý chất thải;
- Nghị định số 179/2013 /NĐ-CP ban hành ngày 14/11/2013, quy định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính trong lĩnh vực bảo vệ môi trường.
- Thông tư số 36/2015/TT-BTNMT ngày 15/08/2015 của Bộ Tài nguyên và môi trường quy định về quản lý chất thải nguy hại;
- Thông tư số 16/2009/TT-BTNMT ngày 07/10/2009 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về môi trường;
- Thông tư số 25/2009/TT-BTNMT ngày 16/11/2009 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài nguyên và Môi trường quy định quy chuẩn kỹ thuật quốc gia về môi trường;
- Quyết định số 3733/2002/QĐ - BYT ngày 10/10/2002 của Bộ Trường Bộ Y Tế về việc ban hành 21 tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh lao động, 05 nguyên tắc và 07 thông số vệ sinh lao động;
- Nghị định 80/2014/NĐ-CP ngày 06/08/2014 của Chính Phủ về “Thoát và xử lý nước thải”, có hiệu lực từ 01/01/2015;

Report the results of environmental monitoring of Baria Serece port joint stock company was established on the basis of compliance with the following legal texts:-Environmental Protection Law No. 55/2041/QH13 is the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the seventh session XIII key passed on June 23, 2014 and are effective from October 1, 2015.-Decree No. 19/2015/ND-CP on 14/2/2015 detailing the implementation of some articles of the law on environmental protection.-Decree 18/2015/ND-CP dated 14/02/2015 the Government's regulations on environmental protection planning, strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment and environmental protection plan.-Circular No 43/2015/TT-BTNMT on 29/9/2015 of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment on the current state of the environment reports, environmental indicator data management and environmental monitoring;-Decree No. 25/2013/ND-CP on 29/03/2013 of Government on "environmental protection charges for waste water";-Decree No. 38/2015/NĐ-CP enacted on 24/4/2015 on waste management;-Decree No. 179/2013/NĐ-CP enacted on 14/11/2013, the provisions sanctioning administrative violations in the field of environmental protection.-Circular No. 36/2015/TT-BTNMT on 15/08/2015 of the Ministry of natural resources and environment regulations on hazardous waste management; -Circular No. 16/2009/TT-BTNMT on 07/10/2009 of the Minister of natural resources and the Environment regulates the national technical regulation on the environment;-Circular No. 25/2009/TT-BTNMT on November 16, 2009 the Minister of natural resources and the Environment regulates the national technical regulation on the environment; -Decision No. 3733/2002/QD-BYT on 10/10/2002 of The Minister of health on labor hygiene standards 21, 05 and 07 principles of labor hygiene parameters;-Decree 80/2014/ND-CP dated 06/08/2014 of the Government on "wastewater treatment and Drainage", effective from 01/01/2015;
