Để thiết kế một Manifold hoàn chỉnh

Để thiết kế một Manifold hoàn chỉnh cần thực hiện các yêu cầu sau:
- Ước lượng trọng lượng sản phẩm và vật liệu được sử dụng dựa trên tiêu chuẩn và đặc điểm kỹ thuật.
- Xác định cổng vào nhựa và các dạng cổng phù hợp. Điều này phụ thuộc vào tính thẩm mỹ, mặt cắt các thành khuôn và độ bền đa chiều.- Xác định chuỗi Nozzle phù hợp trên các nhân tố: Sự quan trọng của việc đổi màu, chi tiết thành mỏng hoặc chiều dài dòng chảy, vật liệu dễ mòn (Speacial tips, gate insert…), thời gian chu trình nhanh được yêu cầu (thêm kênh làm nguội) và bề mặt sản phẩm ẩn phải hoàn hảo (Cổng van).
- Tính toán số lượng sản phẩm dựa trên: Kích cỡ máy phun, lực kẹp, khoảng cách ngắn nhất giữa các Nozzle.
- Bản thiết kế Manifold càng đối xứng càng tốt. Những Manifold không đối xứng thì khó cân bằng và thường chế tạo đắt hơn. Xem xét đến Manifold như: Tổng bề dày, lối thoát nhiệt, kết nối cặp nhiệt điện và các dây điện trở, cổng làm nguội, bề dày thêm vào nếu cổng van được sử dụng, cho phép khoảng không khí nhỏ nhất là 10mm trong toàn Manifold.

Look to the Manifold such as the total thickness of the heat outlet, connect the thermocouples and resistance cords, cooling, Gates added thickness if the gate valves are used, allow about the air is 10 mm in the whole Manifold.
